Note

Agnes Smith (1821) married John Sinclair (1820) in Sandwick and had three children: Elizabeth (1848), William and Grace (1850). John Sinclair died sometime between the 1851 census and her marriage to James Leask (1808) in 1854. Agnes and John appear on the same 1851 Census pages as James Leask and his first wife Joan.

According to the Bayanne database and the census records Agnes is in Lerwick in 1881, 1891 and 1901, but her death was recorded in Cunningsburgh in 1909.
