Note
Cleveland was a ceremonial county located in northern England. It was created in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, and named after the historic area of Cleveland, Yorkshire. The county was abolished in 1996. It included Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough and Langbaurgh-on-Tees.
