Hope all is well - just had to tell you about Geoff Houghton. He was small - like Brian Steele - but with very dark hair. (The Wetherell's are small). Just remembered another snippet - I also met Cecilia when first footing with Alan and May Johnson, friends I made when I lived in Bamburgh Avenue. We visited a relative of Alan's to wish them all the best for the New Year and somehow or another my middle name came into the conversation. I was told I must be Ruby's girl!!! I agreed!! So through the Houghton's the Wetherell's have a connection to Johnson's the Undertakers!!!!

1939 Census - I think that Geoffrey is living with his parents but the 1939 register has an entry closed which I think is him
